1. Go to start type and open “User account control setting” set the notify in “Recommended” as shown in below picture than “ok”

2. Again go to start type and open “local security policy” click on “Local policies” – “Security options”

3. Find “User account control: Admin approval mode for the built in….,” double click on and check on “Enabled” than “apply-ok”     
Do the same to :

*User account control: Allow UIAccess applications to prompt…
*User account control: Run all administrator in Admin….
